All animals will be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible all customers will be notified prior to payment. The guarantee is VOID if the customer does not sign for the package at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for courier delays and any resulting penalties resulting from delay will need to be filed with the courier themselves. RESERVING ANIMALS - Many of my animals are available in limited quantities. If you are interested in a certain animal, please contact us to be placed on the waiting list. Upon hatching, we will contact the individuals on the list to verify interest. At that time a 50% deposit may be made to ensure your place on the list. Those individuals with deposits will receive first priority. If there are any remaining animals, we will contact the remaining interested parties. For those making deposits, it is important to be absolutely certain of your ability to pay the balance due on your animals when they become available. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal ordered. In that case, deposits will either be fully refunded or may be applied toward another purchase.
